Located in Sarasota, we are easily accessible near the intersections of Fruitville and Tuttle beside Robarts Arena. We are on the second floor in Building F which is facing Fruitville, at the East side of the complex. There is an elevator for your convenience. There is plenty of parking, including for big rigs, within easy walking distance.

Primary Care
We provide comprehensive primary care for the family, from birth through adulthood. This includes routine screening, chronic disease management and the treatment of minor illnesses. As Family Nurse Practitioners, we can care for the full spectrum of ages in your family, allowing you to build a relationship and rapport that is commonly missing in modern healthcare. Removing insurance from the primary care office allows us to make your interests and your concerns the focus of our attention.
Pediatric Care
We understand that serving each family unit as a whole is vital to overall health and well-being. We are thrilled to be able to care for your family from birth onward. Prenatal appointments are available so mom and dad can see the office, meet staff, and visit with our Family Nurse Practitioners, who will answer any questions and address any concerns you may have.
– Most pediatric visits will be the Concise Visit
– Be sure to schedule a Classic Visit (up to 40 minutes) for Baby’s First visit (for age birth to 3 months) or if there are 2 or more concerns to discuss or if there is a complicated or chronic concern to discuss.


Covid-19
We follow the protocols recommended by the FLCCC Alliance. Please review the I-Mask+ Protocol. These visits are limited to individuals over the age of 18 and who are physically located in or residents of the state of Florida.
If oxygen is ordered during the visit then there will be an additional $90 fee for the visit. This is because of the extensive coordination that is required with the oxygen orders.
Virtual Visit

Ensuring you meet work and school requirements easily is our goal. Be sure to schedule these visits in person, not via a virtual visit. We allow last minute scheduling and so be sure to check our calendar if you have a few minutes to spare as we may just be able to get you taken care of on the same day. Make sure you bring all necessary forms with you so that we can complete everything you need in one visit.
DOT Physical Exams FMCSA Certified
Since 2014 patients have depended on us to provide this valuable service. We understand how important the DOT Physical is to keep you working and strive to make the process quick and easy for you. Same day appointments are often available.
- Bring a list of your medications
- If you use a CPAP being a recent usage report or bring your machine
- If you have diabetes bring a recent HgA1c
Automatic Disqualifiers are: Alcoholism, Having a defibrillator, Diabetes with insulin use, Meniere’s Disease, Seizures, Schizophrenia.


MAT for OUD
Opiate Use Disorder or OUD, touches all our lives in one way or another. Those who suffer with Opioid Use Disorder deserve to be treated with the same respect and dignity that is afforded any other person with a chronic condition. We offer private, dignified management with Suboxone Therapy. Please call to discuss the details and cost of our suboxone clinic program. As with our other services, we do not accept insurance but your insurance may cover the medication as per your insurance policy.
The total cost to start treatment is $410. To transfer to us to continue current treatment is $295. The total cost per visit thereafter is $130, which includes a UDT. Confirmation testing, when needed, could incur additional costs. Please call for screening for entry into our program or for any additional questions.
TSM for AUD
Alcohol Use Disorder, or AUD has treatment options, resuming a normal life is possible for many people with a medication called naltrexone, AA is not the only option. Watch an overview of TSM. Here is additional information and support. The Sinclair Method has been in used in Europe for many years and has been met with tremendous success in treating Alcohol Use Disorder. The success rate for TSM, or The Sinclair method is around 70-80% which stands in stark contrast to the much poorer long term success rates of AA and abstinence. Appointments for TSM may be in-person visit or virtual visit for anyone residing in the State of Florida. LDN
Research into the effects of LDN began in the 1980s by Dr. Ian Zagon and Dr. Patricia McLachlan at Penn State. Dr. Bernard Bihari, in New York was the pioneer of using LDN in clinical practice. We are happy to discuss whether LDN may be something you should try. You may learn more about LDN here.
