Primary Care

Nothing matters more than your health and comfort. This is why we focus our attention on providing comprehensive healthcare for the family, from birth through adulthood. Your first visit with us will be a New Patient Extended Visit ($170) in which we will review all your medical history and current medications and treatments. After your initial visit, most visits will be the Standard Visit ($85) and we spend up to 20 minutes with you allowing you the time you deserve.  If you have 3 or more problems or concerns to address, please schedule an Extended Visit, this allows us up to 40 minutes to spend with you.

Pediatric Care

We understand that serving each family unit as a whole is vital to overall health and well being. We are thrilled to be able to care for your family from birth onward. Prenatal appointments are available so mom and dad can see the office, meet staff and have a visit with our Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, who will answer any questions and address concerns you may have.
-Most pediatric visits will be the standard visit, including a visit to establish care
- Schedule an Extended Visit if there are 3 or more concerns to discuss or if extra time is needed (20 to 40 min)

We follow the protocols recommended by the FLCCC Alliance. Please review the I-Mask+ Protocol. These visits are limited to individuals between the ages of 18 and 64 who are physically located in or residents of the state of Florida. The paperwork has been filed with the state and we expect to be able to see those 65 and over after Jan 1, 2022.

If oxygen is ordered during the visit then the visit will be changed to an extended visit ($170 total) because of extensive coordination that is required with the oxygen orders.

Virtual Visit

Life can be busy and sometimes making time for a medical appointment is hard. We text or email an easy zoom link to your phone, tablet, or PC for the virtual visit, no need to download anything. A Virtual Visit is perfect for many Sick Visits as well as Follow Up Visits. We prefer to meet our new patients in person but understand it is not always an option so we will utilize a Virtual Visit for New Patients if needed and if appropriate. We cannot use virtual visits for the DOT physicals or work / sports / school physicals.

Work / Sports / School Physical

Ensuring you meet work and school requirements easily is our goal. Be sure to schedule these visits in person, not via a virtual visit. We allow last minute scheduling and so be sure to check our calendar if you have a few minutes to spare as we may just be able to get you taken care of on the same day. Make sure you bring all necessary forms with you so that we can complete everything you need in one visit.
